Mahila Engineering College Ajmer is the first & solitary Mahila Engineering College of Rajasthan in the whole Northern India. Honorable Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhra Raje laid the foundation stone of this college on 30th April, 2007. Around 2000 students are studying in the institute in B.Tech., M.Tech., MBA and MCA courses at present.

More than 3000 alumnus have been completed their education from the institute. Currently five batches of B.tech., Three Batches of M.Tech two batches of MCA and three batches of MBA has been graduated from the institute. Institute having a precious alumni asset working in various positions in Govt., Private, MNCs and self employed (Entrepreneurs).

Alumni Association has been formed in the institute. The Alumni Association of the college has organized its first Alumni meet in August 14, 2016 successfully. The work of the alumni association to create network between the alumni and to keep in touch with each other.
